Does this not look like my story on Deep Ellum?

As you continue to read this Dallas Ad, you continue to see some more lifting. Shameless. Intellectual theft it is!

These days, it is not uncommon for the lazy to lift other people’s hard work and make them theirs. When I did a book review and talked about Case Studies, we now refer to covid-19 cases. I used the word Urge, concerning trade inspectors in Sierra Leone, it is now all over the place. How about Rail? That also and Reckon. I did not create these words, and it is ok to use them, but when a city lifts lines upon lines from my story, I take exception. Shameless!

Francis your piece was very well done and if anyone benefits from it, they should acknowledge you as is the protocol for publishing and writing.

Percy, I quite frankly expected people to miss the denouement and simply consider it business-friendly. I never thought anyone will be so brazen as to copy line after line and make them their own. The story accentuates protests and the business aspect of it is a byproduct.
I find this act so disgusting that I did not post the rest of their plagiarism. I have left a message for Dallas City Hall and will go from there.
